Booking Fee:

To secure your appointment at Lushly Beauty, a R50 deposit is required. Please provide your email address when booking and send photos of your desired look to save time on the day.

Why We Have a Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens, but our cancellation policy is in place to protect our business and ensure fairness to all clients. It's not personal, just necessary. Please note that the R50 deposit will be kept if a cancellation occurs. This is to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

Late Arrivals:

If you're running late, please contact your technician immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but appointments later than 30 minutes may need to be rescheduled or adjusted.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

We have a strict cancellation policy to respect our time and that of other clients. A R50 deposit is required for booking. Cancellations with less than 8 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge, and less than 2 hours' notice or repeated rescheduling may result in the full service charge. Additionally, if an appointment has been moved more than 2 times, 50% of the payment will be kept. Exceptions are made for hospitalization or serious emergencies. Continuous cancellations or no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.
